      Took phone home and tried to activate and was told phone was defective and they would ship me a new phone in 3-5 days. Good thing I did not need phone immediatly.Very frustrating, challenging customer service who insisted I did not get double minutes as package indicated for about 10 minutes,then said oh yes you do! No apology.Very bad product and service.

        A step up from my previous tracfone. I think tracfone service itself is a great deal but the phone is average. I would like a phone that can take good pictures and movies, has a gps, can be used in other countries is easy to use. I was able to figure out voicemail which I couldn't do on my previous tracfone. Navigation to voicemail and contacts doable but somewhat convoluted. I can't seem to text on this phone. I could do it on my previous one.
