I use this large capacity 16GB card to record my concerts with a Zoom 4n recorder. I never worry whether I'll run out of space. The drawback for large capacity cards is mostly for photography. I would not use it in my digital camera because it would be too difficult to keep track of the photos and videos. On a long trip, I'd take along several 2GB cards.

Nowhere in product description does it give class number (speed) Not until product was opened and I tried to use it in HD video camera when I discovered it was only class 2 and unable to record with. I had to return item(s) - (I bought 2) and order faster HP 16 gig flash drives that did work (and were less expensive!)

              The number refers to the read and write speed class rating. Class 2 has a speed of 2 MB/s, and class 4 has a speed of 4 MB/s. The higher the class rating, the quicker information is transferred to and from the memory card.
