I have only used the SanDisk Ultra II 4GB disk twice, and it was reliable. First, when I did photography (with flash) for a friend's wedding, and then to shoot 19 bands at a concert (no flash) with my Digital Rebel XT. There was no noticeable recovery time, and I can shoot all RAW format if I want, and still have capacity for more. I use this for backup, for my 2GB disk, an inexpensive way to make sure you get every photo you want to take. But I think I'll make this my primary disk.

Inexpensive, but slow

You can store lots of photos on this CF card, but its performance is relatively slow. Not great for continuous shooting of action shots, etc...

      Comments about SanDisk 4GB Ultra® CompactFlash® Card:

Works great with my Nikon D70S and I no longer carry a spare memory card. This is all you need - you will get tired of taking pictures before you use all the capacity of this card. I also use the memory card to transfer files and photos from my laptop.

          Comments about SanDisk 4GB Ultra® CompactFlash® Card:

We are using this 4Gb CF card in a digital camera. At the highest resolution, this camera retains a raw data file, a jpeg file and all the settings information with each shot. We can store over eight hundred photos in this format allowing us to use it on vacation without having to clear the card for days and days.
