Q: I have used flash drives in the past (both 4 and 16 GB drives. I have purchased a 16GB Cruzer and can't get it to backup my Quicken file. Also when checking the drive on my computer it shows 0 files but also on the graph it is displays as full. Asked on 6/24/2012 by rpsmithfishing from York, NE Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: You should check to see if the drive has been formatted. If it has, try backing up the file to your computer to see what the size of the backup is. I don't believe it will reach 16GB, but anything is possible. Third option to try, check to see if there are any hidden files on the drive, which is located under folder options, it's not enabled by default. There could be something hidden on the drive taking up all the space. Answered on 6/25/2012 by Community Answer from None

It simply depends on how fast you want Linux to run. The faster the better of-course however, it is not needed. It will still run, but not as fast as you may want it. The faster it can read your usb drive the faster it will load up. Answered on 4/17/2012 by Community Answer from None

All of the books that are purchased through Kindle are saved in your Amazon account. Should you ever lose your content, your items can be downloaded back to your Kindle through Amazon.com. Q: How many photos will the 16GB flash drive hold? Asked on 1/15/2011 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 4 answers A: That depends on the photos. Several factors determine the size of a photo, including the type of file, size, composition, resolution, and mega pixels. Photos typically run anywhere from 1 to 5 megabytes, but can be much smaller and much larger. If your photos average 4 megabytes you could get about 4000 pictures on a 16GB flash drive. Answered on 1/26/2011 by Rebecca P from Staples A: A TON of pics. Each pic has different resolution and different size so there's no telling exactly or approximately how many pics will fit. That's what's so great about a flash drive... you can load it till it's almost full, add and delete till it's to the max. Answered on 2/16/2011 by Nita EA from Napa, CA A: Too many variables to answer this. It depends on the size of the photos (resolution, color depth, megapixels, etc). With my camera (an 8MP cannon) I have put about 350 picture on my drive and it only used up about 10% of the drive. Remember, your milage may very. Answered on 3/5/2011 by IT Will from Des Moines, IA A: I have stored over 600 photographs on one of my 16GB flash drives, and I had only used about two-thirds of the storage capacity. My photos were scanned at 600 dpi. I can tell you more later when I have the rest of my current project finished. Answered on 4/12/2011 by Polly the Preservationist from Springboro, Ohio
