    I'd highly recommend this for anyone who keeps important files on their home computers. Straightforward to set up and once set up is complete you can do incremental backups at a touch of a button. Initial backup seemed a little slow -- 16GB took a good chunk of an hour, but the data is encrypted and future backups are fast.

            I tried for a week to get this product to work, and even contact SanDisk directly on their instant chat (after working off their troubleshooting website). The end result was for me to return the USB disk drive.

            I have had this flash drive for my business for over 6 months now and i used up to 15gbs of it. I loved it and it was easy to set up and was fast. But as time went on it began to slow down until a nightmare happened. All of the files were ERASED. i was lucky to have 80% of them somewhere else. But a lot of information was gone. Now i know i need to back ups. WOW
