Great product

This cabinet is great for systematically storing items. Now, everything has a place and the clutter is gone. The cabinet is wonderful. The instructions for putting the lock on the cabinet lack clarity and detail. However, we figured it out and have no regrets or complaints about the purchase. I highly recommend the purchase of this type cabinet if you want to bring order to your work space. The cabinet is very attractive. Also, the extra height means more usable space and less wasted space above the top of the cabinet.

I had to have someone come in and use gaffers tape and whatever else, to get the lock to just stop falling out. If it wasnt such a huge item, I would have returned it. It was NOT worth even half the cost. My entire office staff was shocked at such a flimsy locking system. The inside part that runs up the door kept falling out, not the handle. This cabinet is in my office, the President of the company. I wanted this cabinet because it locks so I was very disappointed to end up with a cabinet I dread opening and closing because the lock is held in place with gaffers tape. Worst purchase from Staples I can remember.

The 1st cabinet delivered was bent on the side panel. A few days later, a 2nd cabinet was delivered, also damaged. Now awaiting a 3rd attempt to deliver an undamaged item. Fortunately, did not allow delivery men to leave until item had been examined so they were able to take it back with them each time.

We previously had a slightly smaller cabinet that wasn't nearly as sturdy as this one and didn't lock. We now have 2 of these and plan to order a third. Well worth the price.

My husband started dialysis at home and we needed something to store all the medical equipment and supplies. We did not want boxes laying around, so we purchased two of these. They are perfect for our needs. The only problem is that the second one came with a dent (caused during delivery I am sure because they are sturdy).
