      I bought 2 of these shelves and 2 Sandusky cabinets. One shelf came in Putty color and the other came in Black color. I Emailed Staples and they immediately sent out another shelf. However that one was Black too. Both black shelves had the putty color item number on the package. I Emailed Staples again and they are sending me another shelf.
      It just shows you that Staples has very good customer service. I will buy again and with confidence from Staples, they are good people to buy from.
