Managing to be flimsy but bulky at the same time, the only feature the Sandusky storage cabinet has going for it is its cheap price. If you have to put one of these in plain sight, get another brand. One had the bottom caved in but would still sit upright so I kept it. Another had the most awful globs of welding material in the bottom. They boom and wiggle when you open them up. Real bad construction but I do use them out of sight so I keep them. When my local Salvation Army runs out of cabinets and I need a new one, I resort to these but[$]is far too high a price for them. They should pay me to take them. Phfffft.

I bought this by price as I was not looking for anything but storage of some office supplies. I wanted something quick (overnight), inexpensive, and preassembled. I got all three. It is not something for long term use or heavy storage. In office furniture and storage, you get the quality that you pay for.

The cabinet arrived with two handles/keys. How is it supposed to lock? There is only one pre-drilled hole in the right door. Aren't there supposed to be rods that connect to the handle and lock on top and bottom? I had the cabinet exchanged. The second one came just alike. I am confused.

  The shelves came in place. I don't see a way to remove them. But they do have room for large objects. Each shelf is about 2 feet by 3 feet. The top and bottom shelves give you a few more inches in the base and the ceiling.
