      Great quality for the price! As usual, Sauder provided good assembly instructions. We ran into one problem which was resolved immediately by the Sauder folks via their helpline. When we screwed on the top trim board, the screw went too deep and poked through the top of the shelf unit. The Sauder rep agreed that the hole should have been pre-drilled to prevent this problem and sent us a new top board along with a new top trim board. They couldn't have provided better service.

        Due to the drop front on the top shelf a couple of books have to be tilted to be slide onto shelf; 2" lost space. If shelf lowered to accommodate tall books bottom shelf is not tall enough for much of anything. If I recommended it to a friend I would warn them. In addition to the dimensions it would be good for manufacturer to give standard shelf heights w/ warning.
