    I would like to know how the date squares, etc attach to the main monthly calendar. Are we to staple them each month? or is there velcro or some other attachment. Thanks!

      The Scholastic Photo Calendar doesn't come with a single way to attach to the borad. Some people use staples, some use magnetic strips, velcro is also a good idea, or sticky tack.
