OK product. The sticky pad seems to work well holding the phone in place during normal driving but it clearly would not hold the phone in place if you had to make an abrupt turn. The mounting materials are useless, I threw those away immediately and simply used a screw with a butterfly clip to mount it above my front central dash vent. Makes for a much cleaner installed look than a gaudy suction cup and stand. The product has two padded arms to hold the phone at the bottom which allows access to charging cords. My only complaint so far is the product should also have two small arms on the sides as well.

This product has one big downfall. When placing the product horizontally the grip does not have strong enough adhesive to hold phone in this position. The phone will fall off the holding bracket in the horizontal mode.

Cool Dock! Easy to use and Setup! Phone falls out 20% of the time in the city because of bumps but highway is great! Other than that it does the job!

Easy to install, if your vehicle has a flat
perfectly smooth place on the dash to mount it. How many vehicles
today have that??? My Ford Superduty doesn't, & it has a huge
dash. The included mounting point allows it to be used, however the
lack of a flat spot to mount that to means it vibrates while in
use. The design also fails to take into acct that a lot of
smartphone users also use some sort of protector. Difficult to get
a good grip on the phone with the protector, even in the upright
position. This could be helped with a few finer detente in the swivel on the head, again the lack of level mounting spots means the phone is always at some angle. Could be great with a little extra engineering.

it works with any phone as long as it is upright.It has a tacky back so the phone won't slide around.
