This is a great charger. It is sturdy and does a quick charge in the car for any of the i-products I own (iPhone, iPod, and iPad). It has a snazzy blue light that glows when it is plugged in and glows pretty brightly so I can find the cord in the dark car at night. It also has a solid connector that on other models I've owned was flimsy and broke shortly after I purchased them. This one I've owned for at least a month and it works great. The spiral cord lets you stretch it without fear of splitting it.

This charger works great!my Ipod can be half charged from a dead battery in 20-25 minutes while playing at the same time. The charger and the ipod get VERY WARM after 20-25 minutes of playing and charging at the same time. I don't recommend leaving the charger blugged in to the 12v or the Ipod for more than 30 minutes
