    I bought this because I thought it would work well with mounting my photos to mattes. I found out that using the regular clear tape is not only cheaper but more effective, since it won't fall off your photos or your mattes. If you have to use this tape, you can, but save trouble down the line and get the regular stuff.

                  Comments about Scotch Photo & Document Mounting Tape:

                  Easy to use; sticks strongly to surface, but very easy to remove the backing for the photo or whatever you are mounting. Some of these double sided tapes are very difficult to get the backing off, but this is very easy. Scotch Brand is rarely surpassed, so I'm not surprised. Once you press it firmly against the page it is there to stay! Remove the back and mount your item.
