This tape is great - so convenient, no need for scissors, no need for the tape gun (I hate the tape gun -- the tapes always seem to get off-track and tangled and stuck together). This tape could not be easier to use. And it is workable ... if you need to peel it off for some reason (maybe you applied it crooked), it peels away nicely and can be reapplied. I use it for packaging and for securing the flaps on large manilla envelopes, (rather than moistening the seal). Also, it is not hard to find and peel away the beginning section of tape (you know how with some tape it is hard to tell where the tape starts -- like it is so thin or transparent you cannot find the starting peice ... or when you do find it you have trouble peeling it free from the roll). And this tape pretty much only tears where you try to tear it, rather than some other tapes that tear in sections as you peel it away from the roll. Although this tape is somewhat pricey, I think the convenience makes it worth it.

This is not my primary packing tape but I do like to have some on hand as it is quick and easy to use.

This tape works great, it sticks well and is really easy to tear. I would recommend it to anyone who is not super strong in the hands to tear normal packing tape.

Wrap packages with wrapping paper. Hold tape and wrapped package in one hand. Tear tape and use to spot hold wrapping with the other hand. Repeat for all desired spot holding locations. Finish with final wrap using non tear tape around the entire package. This process avoids the need to use scissors or tape rollers to get initial spots tacked done and increases productivity.

Makes wrapping packages a snap because you don't need to tug at non-tear tape. Use small pieces to get started and pin packaging. Then use less expensive regular packaging tape to finish.

Allows you to hold package before tearing small pieces of tape to hold packaging in place before final use of less expensive tape. No need to precut tape.
