My hard drive stopped working (PANIC)!
Went to Staples asked a few questions the guy there knew his stuff, bought the drive read directions it said I would need a file to make it boot up (Panic) then I used my old computer to go to Seagates web site they said it should be plug and play it worked like a charm!

Seagate drives are very good. They are easy to install, came with sata cable, and I was able to format it as a second drive right away. Just go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > Storage > Disk Management and fomat the drive from there. You're up and running fast and reliable. Would recommend. A+
