    I really enjoy this chair! I shopped around quite extensively for the "perfect" chair and kept coming back to this one. Since my job requires me to be at my desk the majority of the time, comfort was important to me. Additionally, I have back problems and most chairs are not equipped with a lumbar support like this one does from Sealy. I would prefer more lumbar support, but am quite satisfied with what is available. And, finally, the quality of the chair is superb! It is very sturdy. And an added bonus -- the red color brightens up my office!

        This chair is the bomb! The leather squeaks a little at the armrests, but I think that's just because it's still new. It feels like it should be in the TV room, not in the office. So comfortable! I hope I can get my work done and not fall asleep in it.

          This chair has changed my slouch to sitting up tall immediately. I never expected this to happen. The lumbar support is the best ever. The rollers are out of this world and roll better than anything I've ever tried. You need to see the rollers to believe it. I love red so this matched my visual sense as well. Can always use more padding in the seat...even though its the best padding I tried, I still would like more.

            I bought this SKU940380 yesterday (Roma Chair) but cannot seem to get the adjustable tilt tension and lock to work. The store sample worked fine. I think the adjustment is in the center on the bottom side of the seat. Whether I turn fully clockwise or fully counterclockwise there is virtually no tilt when I sit in it and lean back. (1) Which direction is less tension and which is more? (2) If I have locked it please tell me how to unlock it. Than you, Rob.

              A:

              I have located the following information you can try, if this doesn't work the chair may be defective, in which case you have within 14 days for return or exchange:
              Tilt Tension- Tilt tension is a great feature most office chairs possess that allows the user to control the rate and ease with which the chair reclines for different weights and strengths of users. This adjustment always comes in the form of a knob that is located directly underneath the seat. By twisting the knob one direction it will allow the user to lean back in the chair much easier and without much pressure. By twisting the knob the opposite direction, the user will have to exert more pressure into reclining back in their chair.
              Tilt Lock - A tilt lock control locks out the tilt function when the chair is in the upright position. This feature is advantageous if you want the ability to recline in your chair for a few minutes but want to return it to lock in place in the upright position while tasking. Most office chairs that have tilt tension control will have tilt lock control as well. Tilt lock control is a lever on the chair that when pushed down allows you to recline in the chair, and when the lever is pulled up when your chair is in the upright position you are locked in place.
