    The motion sensor keeps triggering the plug-in siren even if the alarm system is off. I called about this and the technician wasn't very knowledgeable. So, I have to manually turn off the motion detector when I come home. What a pain. It appears the only use for the alarm system is the actual appearance of it to thieves.

    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

      Ordered the outdoor siren. Didn't work.It failed to call out to the number I entered when alarm triggered.wireless range not as advertised[...].Support number was unmanned, had to leave an email, had several questions but was advised to "change the battery" which was in the manual and I already did that, the rest of the questions were unasnwered.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

        My alarm system calls my phone every time I arm or disarm the system. I followed the instructions and pressed * on my phone which is supposed to stop the system from calling the other numbers, but it dosen't. Can someone please advise me on how to stop this from happening?
