Staples offers some of the best prices, and regularly has great sales for this item. The fingerprint scanner isn't that great, it is difficult to use I've found! First one arrived DOA but staples was there next day with a new one! Heavy enough where you can't easily walk off with it, but it's movable. Great for an apartment! The instructions say it's not good for storage for moisture sensitive items, because of the safe's high moisture protective insulation. The reason it is fire safe! But this doesn't seem to be an issue for me. It is never very humid inside, but I open safe regularly!

Unfortunately, there is no negative star available to give to this product, but that is what it is worth. [...], I opened it up, or tried to do so. The lock is very difficult to open. The second time tried to lock/open it, it stuck. The door can not be closed anymore. I donno who to blame, the manual I got looks obviously used previously. Guys, don't bother with Sentry-Unsafe.

I picked up a pair of these to store server and network credentials for two offices. I selected the particular model for the fingerprint reader, so staff could use their finger instead of remembering a a combo.
Only oddity, was when delivered (it was 30 degress outside), it seemed to be pretty damp inside. I just left the thing open for the night, and it seems fine.

Staples is absolutely awesome.[...]Can't figure out the biometric/fingerprint option. I decided not to use it. Using the key and keypad combo only. This is good for people living out of the area to be able to access when needed.
