DO NOT BUY THIS SAFE! First of all, it needs a key, which does not come with it (at least mine didn't). Second, the lock mechanism is plastic and is so cheap I wouldn't put anything valuable in the safe. Third, the lock mechanism comes out even when the safe is locked--no security at all! Fourth, none of the alleged "programmable" codes work at all, so you're stuck with the original assigned code, and god knows who has that. Absolutely the worst purchase ever, and now it's past 14 days so I can't return it. If you're still wanting to buy one, send me [$] and I'll give you mine. I'm sure not using it.

Sufficient space for storage of personal and household important documents. Removable box slides into slots so it doesn't have to sit on bottom of storage area. Safe can be locked with both the key-lock and combination lock for security, but the door can be locked just using the key-lock when higer security is not needed; this avoids the need to dial the combination each time you wish to open the door.

The sentry safe was absolutely the worst product I have ever purchased and the worst customer "service". I have since seen other reviews on this company that would make me want to stay away from them altogether regardless of the specific model.

This nightmare safe not only has the batteries inside so if they fail you cannot replace them, it is also so poorly built that I am sure the flimsy plastic battery cover fell off twice and the batteries got dislodged. Ergo - safe won't open and contents inaccessible.

It cost me hundreds of dollars to retrieve my valuable documents. You'd think the company would at least have the grace to respond and apologize. E-mail to customer service and two separate delivery confirmed letters one to the CEO and one to the legal department went completely unanswered.

It's really disgraceful! Ended up costing me hundreds of dollars what with buying it, installing it, getting a locksmith to break it open (twice, before I chucked the whole thing). Never encountered a worst company and hope I never will.

Love the safe, got it on sale, good size for the money. I wish that the plastic inside was a little more sturdier, but minor problem. I would still highly recommend this safe.

This safe is great but The only thing i dont really like is that in order to open it you have to use the combo and the key. In this case then if I knew ahead I wouldve bought the digital combo versus the wheel. But overall its a very good safe

I was kind of surprised it was plastic inside. Maybe has something to do with the fire resistance?
