The sentry safe was absolutely the worst product I have ever purchased [...] I have since seen other reviews on this company that would make me want to stay away from them altogether regardless of the specific model.This nightmare safe not only has the batteries inside so if they fail you cannot replace them, it is also so poorly built that I am sure the flimsy plastic battery cover fell off twice and the batteries got dislodged. Ergo - safe won't open and contents inaccessible.It cost me hundreds of dollars to retrieve my valuable documents. You'd think the company would at least have the grace to respond and apologize. E-mail to customer service and two separate delivery confirmed letters one to the CEO and one to the legal department went completely unanswered.It's really disgraceful! Ended up costing me hundreds of dollars what with buying it, installing it, getting a locksmith to break it open (twice, before I chucked the whole thing). Never encountered a worst company and hope I never will.

The sentry safe was absolutely the worst product I have ever purchased and the worst customer "service". I have since seen other reviews on this company's products that I wish I saw before I bought mine.

This nightmare safe not only has the batteries inside so if they fail you cannot replace them, it is also so poorly built that I am sure the flimsy plastic battery cover fell off twice and the batteries got dislodged. Ergo - safe won't open and contents inaccessible.

It cost me hundreds of dollars to retrieve my valuable documents. You'd think the company would at least have the grace to respond and apologize. E-mail to customer service and two separate delivery confirmed letters one to the CEO and one to the legal department went completely unanswered.

THIS THING IS CHEAP AND I CANT EVEN OPEN IT NOW I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE MORE THAN THE COST FOR THE SAFE TO OPEN IT. IT IS NOT AIR OR WATER TIGHT MY DOCUMENTS HAVE MOLD ON THEM AND THEY ARE DAMP!
