The instructions implied that once the clock picked up the time signal it would set itself to the correct time. While it said that picking up the signal might take as long as 24 hrs, it wasn't clear that the clock would make multiple adjustments over a number of hours before finally arriving at the correct time.

After I found a place where I could get the clock a good signal, it adjusted the time but nowhere near the correct time. After resetting it numerous times I was resigned to having to return the clock the next day because it wasn't setting itself to the correct time. But the next morning it was showing the correct time so it must have made the adjustments in increments.

Once past this initial setup problem, the clock has continued to display the exact time to the second!

Bottom line, be patient and give the clock 24 hrs to get things right.

This is the second one of these clocks I've bought. The first one was over a year ago and it works flawlessly, which is why I bought another when I needed an accurate clock for a game room. Just be sure that you follow instructions and also put it near a window when first powering it up so it has a good chance of grabbing the signal...and be patient.

Happy with the choice. Looks great on the office wall. Easy to read at a distance. Fun start with automatic time setting.

It took an hour or so to get its first signal, but that was expected since we are in Fl and the signal is from Colorado. We had doubts it would work at all but we were pleasantly surprised. It was cool watching the hands move to the correct time by themselves. Now I will always have at least one clock that I know is right. If they had more styles and colors I would put one in every room but black doesn't go with every decor.
