one of the markers was already completely dried out when I first opened the package, but I had no issues with the others. I use them for studying and in reading and for scheduling. I like that there were so many colors and such distinct colors. I tend to separate my classes by color and this pack made that very easy.

Some of the colors are not that bright. I end up only using the yellow and lt. blue. Purple, orange drk. blue and red, not so much because they are hardly transparent. Also, depending on the type of printer you use, it will smear the print. On my ink jet it's awful (no matter how long I let the page dry), on the laser printer it's great. So it really depends on your personal needs. I'll be going back to the good ole' fashion capped high lighters. I still love the Sharpie brand, just not this particular spin on this product.

I have purchased this assortment more than once while working at different establishments. I love the convenience of the "click" but there is always one dud in the package (where the color doesn't come out well and seems that it's dried out). My current dud is pink, but I've also had an under achiving light blue and an orange.

This item is great. Love the fact there is no cap. I have lost the tops to many highlighters and then had to trash them long before I ever used the ink up. The retractable ones are just awesome!
