Although the liquid pencil is a good idea, the ink does not perform well. It skips a lot and I find myself rewriting letters and words over and over. Works a lot like the old papermate erasable pens from years ago. They did not work well and the technology has not improved over the years.

I like the way they write and they do erase easily but if you are a leftie like me it gets on your pinkie knuckle as you write.

The first ones I bought worked well. The latest skip all the time. I must go over and over to get the letters filled in. Please get to your original formula.

At first I liked the quality of the pencil, but quickly the lead began to fade so it became completely unreadable. It wasn't that I had smudged it, rather like it just evaporated! I had to redo an entire page of notes and homework over again. I returned them to Staples.
