Long-time fan and advocate of Sharpie products. I was sincerely disappointed in the finish and quality of Sharpie's previous model pen. The ink was great, but the shell was terrible. At first, I liked the more narrow body, but then the foil finish started chipping away and leaving behind little silver flecks on my hands, desk and papers. At first, I actually wrapped the pens in scotch tape to try and lock in the peeling finish. Then, I realized how ridiculous that was, and went back to the store to find an alternative.

Tried others, but never liked the ink and sketching results. Then, I saw the redesigned casing for the Sharpie Pen. Wasn't so sure about the high-class business-like design (having been a fan of the simple gray plastic), but definitely digging the comfort and thicker form. Keeping this one and buying more - good stuff Sharpie!

My boss loves the look of this. He likes to sign everything in blue so he can tell the document is not a copy. However, I have to buy the 3-pack to get the blue pens. Consequently, I have lots of red and black ones left over.

      I write about three to five pages of reports everyday. I was happily surprised to see these pens do not smear. At times the pens will not write and I need to reposition to continue writing. The only real con for me was that one pen stopped working the very next day after I bought it. It must have been a dud because the rest have been working well since.

        This pen is so wonderful. I have been looking for a fine point pen that would not bleed, yet would provide the professional quality that I need for signing documents.

        The colors are exact, the pen is easy to use, and what I also like is they are disposable. When I am finished I can just toss the pen and use another.

        I wish the pens in the various other colors (green, red, blue, etc. were available individually and not having to buy a set.
