Comments about SimpleTech 1TB Duo Pro Drive™ External Hard Drive:

The box lists "Mac Compatible" but later on when you're really frustrated and about to lose your dignity because you can't get it to mount, the company techies say "What operating system are you using?" I say, "10.5.4". They say "Oooopps! You have to have 10.4. It won't work with 10.5".
