I added neodymium magnets to the cord because by the time the sound get to the headphones it gets distorted using with a computer, plus it can help with G-man brainwashing waves JK JK or maybe? Anyways if you want to cancel noise effectively tape some magnets on to your headphone cord or just by a magnet jacket. By the way I don't get weird radio stations in my headphones anymore (;

Got these on sale and with rewards...fantastic deal. If you cannot afford Beatz, these are worth a listen. They aren't up to the same bass and crystal highs of the Beatz, but for a second choice and excellent value (on sale!) these are very good. They fit comfortably but are a bit too large for just walking around. Purchased for work, but I'm using them listening to tunes on my smartphone when not working. They sound great!

Not bad for regular listening headphones but price was a little steep for the quality. Would have had better sound from some other brand for the same price. Would recommend other brand for the price for those looking at this headphones. I would pay no more than $25 for these headphones. Look into Sony if you're looking into the $40 range headphones.
