I prefer to use permanent type files for repeat files like monthly bills and AR invoices. Color coding makes filing more fun and efficient too! I have to be able to find it once it's in a drawer, sometimes a great challenge with thin files in lateral drawers. On-line shopping is the way to go - breaks up the day without using gas and leaving my desk and music. I get to see our UPS girl as another bonus, another perk to brighten my day. Shipping is always fast and free so why not order on-line, there's no reason not to!!
