I got this product because I already had another softsoap dispenser with softsoap refills. I found this new generation of dispenser to be of very poor design. From the get go the dispenser would pop open and when you would pump the bar to dispense the soap at least 20 times maybe some soap would appear eventually causing the pump bar to crack in the center on 2 out of the 3 dispensers purchased. I am highly disapointed in the overall design and performance and lack there of this product.

Dispenser broke the first day of use. One of the plastic 'knobs' that hold the push bar in place snapped right off.

We got this today and we mounted it on the wall in our bathroom with the sticky tape backing that it comes with. It looked so nice and we were pleased. Later this evening we hear a loud crashing sound, and much to our amazement it was the dispenser that fell to the floor. We pick it up and notice the sticky tape really wasn't all that strong. My husband also discovered that there were three holes where it could be screwed in so he then screwed it to the wall. Then he pick up the outer part that covers the soap and realized that the little plastic part that latches on the the white part had broken off. So we could no longer close the dispenser. My husband did a makeshift fix (a lot of tedious work and creativity involved) finally got it to work. This would have been a great product but the whole plastic contraption is just to flimsy.
