I was excited to try this because it's very quiet and when you stand directly in front of it, it's warm. I was very disappointed because it doesn't warm up my office, which is not very big.

It's supposed to work silently. In a sense, it does. Only, when switched to the low 400 mHz setting, it creates an interference buzz in the living room speaker system.[...]

It was working well until it tripped the breaker. A week after that I plugged into the surge protector and after a couple of days that blew. There were good times and bad times (mostly bad) and after 29 days, it finally quit working. I'm taking it to get my money back.

It does get hot but it is so big and glowing you need to have enough space for it. Don't let it get near anything in case of fire, smoke. It felt like a fire hazard.
