I purchased this case about two months ago after spending about an hour comparing different cases. Almost immediately the holders for the files fell out. The case continuously tips over regardless of how I organize the contents. Now on a trip the extendable handle will not extend. Already the case is warping and the seems are coming apart. I'm very disappointed and will return once I return home. Good design but horrible quality

BEING EX-MILITARY I WILL SAY THAT THIS ROLLER BAG IS RATED "4.0" AND FOR YOU NON-MILITARY TYPES A "10"! I travel and it provides EASY ACCESS to the lap top to get through security. It fits in to SMALL PLANES overhead storage or under the seat. It provides PLENTY OF STORAGE SPACE and the HANGING FILE ACCESSORY makes it easy to take my files right from the office file cabinet in to the travel case which reduces accidently leaving a part of the file behind. OVERALL- TOP QUALITY FOR A FARE PRICE
