Evry picture showed light tan color. Actual case is dark brown...almost black

I received a Solo leather computer tote for Christmas last year. So far, the post for metal loops for attaching the strap to the case have fallen out and the latches for the front leather flap have broken. I feel bad because this was a gift from my wife and now she feel cheated. Guess what...she was cheated.
