This product produces better quality than some products I have used. I've had to throw away some disks with other brand names that did not do the job. I usually stock up on this brand when there's a special sale.

Used to copy VCR Tapes of Family Movies; works great!! Much better then cheaper brand which many will not work causing you to use several to succeed at what you want to record.

Had several discs in this bundle that would not work, read or burn in my machines. Out of this bundle I had to get rid of 20 useless discs. I'd rather purchase Maxell or TDK.

I backed up my video library and these discs did a great job. I will buy them again. I am a value oriented person, but you don't get value if the product is no good. This product is great.

I use the DVDs mostly for movies with .avi format. Sony DVD+R 16X is one of the best DVDs. I always able to burn with a speed as advertised -16X with no fails or burn errors. Using other 16X DVDs, like NEXXTECH bought in Circuit City, I was never able to burn it with a speed higher than 4X.

...are consistently superior to other brands I've tried. Nearly every disc gives a good burn without errors. Some of the other brands make good coasters -- 1 out of every five or less.
