A bit awkward to fit over the ear, and take off when someone asks a question or says hi, but once on, you will be at ease to enjoy your music no matter how much movement or what positions you may encounter during your workout. I was tired of my ear buds falling out during crunches. It was distracting when they would fall out during the push of a bench press, or slide loose during a sweaty cardio routine. I absolutely love the confidence I have in consistent, brilliant sound from these Sony headphones, and happilly recommend them to other active individuals!!

I have had a difficult time finding any earphones that will stay put while running/working out. On to my next trial.

Stays in ear MUCH better than any headphones I've tried, but still slips just outside ear somewhat. Great sound, much more volume/bass than other earphones. Cord seems a little short, I'm a short guy and it sometimes tugs at my ear when I'm jogging with the Ipod in my pocket.
Overall, Great Improvement over earbuds!

For an inexpensive set of headphones, these really are very good. Sound quality is much better than others I have tried at the same price. Comfortable and lightweight to wear. I bought them to work out (including running)and they stay in place and sound remains good no matter what I am doing. Do not cut out all ambient noise (but I don't really care about that). Not stylish to wear, but for working out that doesn't matter either.
