We use this product in the office to dictate information,which is later typed and presented as letters or reports.

Very small in size, which is great because it is easy to carry on the road, etc.

Not so great is that it doesn't last forever. I have had to replace it after around 3 years of usage. However, this time I purchased the warranty. So that's great.
