Poor Sound Quality and complex operation

Worst part is sound quality- I had to buy external microphone for my assistant to even hear dictation , and they are very cumbersome and unsatisfactory as well.

The sound quality is great, it picks up every little sound including the background noises, but the life of the battery is short and it is very inconvenient having to recharge the battery every day after using the recorder. Overall, the price of the recorder [$] does not match the quality of the product.
