This Product did not work with my Sony VGN-FW series Laptop. It requires software but the included and downloaded software from Lenmar did not work. When I contacted Lenmar they told me to go back to Staples for help. Staples was VERY GOOD and took the product back for a full refund and Paid the postage as well.
