I ordered this shelf on 12/8/12, rec'd on 12/17/12, called about shorted & damaged pieces, finally rec'd on 1/17/13, two of the pieces were damaged again. And not damage by deliver, they were damaged before they were packaged. Per order acknowledgement it will be another 20 days before they even ship more parts to me. By the time I get them thats another month of parts laying around my house. Seems like the company could get them to me sooner. I was going to get another bookshelf but I won't now. Customer Service is too much trouble for them.

Altho I was disappointed that the backing for this piece was actually cardboard, and that two of the hardware pieces were missing, Staples was good about sending me the missing hardware. As soon as they arrive, I will finish assembling the piece. So far it has gone together smoothly.

I put this bookcase together myself. It is great for the price, I would out it in my house!
