I wouldn't even try printing on both sides because it would make the document look cheap even if it didn't bleed through. I've used letter size (8 1/2 X 11) 24 lb. Southworth® Exceptional Business Paper for double-sided printing and it looks good but when you hold it up to the light it's obvious that double sided prints are much better on Southworth® Exceptional Resume Paper, 32 lb., 8 1/2" x 11", White and you'll spend half as much, You'll only get 100 sheets instead of 500 sheets but you use both sides so it's about the same price per page as useing one side of lighter paper and if you like it Southworth® Exceptional Business Paper, 32 lb., 8 1/2" x 11", is less per sheet but you might not need or want 250 sheets of it, all 3 of these alternatives are 100% cotton and look much better than the 25% cotton paper you asked about. Also make sure your printer will work with 32 lb. paper though, I use my other printer for anyything over 28 lb..
