Excellent with the right print settings

We used this paper to make Funeral programs on an HP Color LaserJet 1600. It was actually cheaper to buy the printer and paper, and print the programs ourselves, than it would have been to have [...] print them for us. The color, texture, and weight was exactly what we were looking for to make an elegant piece.There is a catch you have to watch out for. The first few came out great, then we started to have image retention/ghosting problems (text/images repeat faintly in other places on the page). This is because this paper is very heavy, and has a strong texture. The default print settings--for normal paper--do not create enough heat to fuse toner to high-end paper such as this. Note this is NOT a defect of the paper, merely a fact of life with a laser printer. Once I set the paper type to "bond" (hotter fusing at a slower speed), all 300 double-sided programs came out beautifully, with not a single print defect.Everyone commented on how wonderful the programs were, and how nice the paper was. I would absolutely do the same thing again, though hopefully that won't be necessary any time soon.

The image wears off easily and does not come in clearly because of the thread lines. Just be careful as to how you are using this paper.
