The specs indicate this chair has "center tilt". Does that mean the seat and back tilt together (at the same time), or the seat and back tilt independently from each other?

  This chair has both the Center-Tilt feature and the Independent Tilt feature. The Center-Tilt feature means there is a pivot point located at the center of the chair base that lets you recline the seat back to comfortable angle. With the Independent Tilt feature there are three levers to help you control the following:
  -angle of back relative to seat
  -tilt (free float or infinite locking)
  -forward tilt (for intense kepboard use)

Would like more information on your Office Star™ Matrex Executive High-Back Chair with Leather Seat by Office Star Products.
Our business is a 365 days a year, 24 hour, 7 day a week operation so we need chairs to be sturdy and have a minimum 500lb rating and can withstand the wear and tear.
