The construction seems good so far, but I have only had it for about 2 months now. The synthetic feel of the 'leather' seems lacking in high quality, so I'm hoping where the creasing is, and the everyday use of folding and unfolding will stand the test of time, or at least a few years. Overall it's a simply designed and functional unit. The price is a tad bit high for the quality of the material used, but overall, it's useful.
