Returned the same day

Rather than being solid and well built as described, this stapler was flimsy with many wobbly plastic components. It jammed with the very first use and would not release the jammed staple. As our department uses multi-sheet staplers often, the quality and ease of use were huge factors in determining whether to stay with this item. [...]

We always had a problem with it jamming but cleared it easily most of the time. Even though we had that problem, after the first one broke we bought a second one because I thought it was a fluke that the first one broke, but the spring popped out of this one and we couldn't get it back in and it ended up in the garbage with the first one. Will not buy this item again.
