            We ordered this stapler for our office. It was wonderfull at first. Then we started having probles with it. It stoped cutting off the ends of the staples. Yes, there is a 7 year warranty, but if you go to the website it shows you locations for repair shops And none are near me. The closes repair shop is 30 miles away. Loved it at first now just sick of it.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
