Rather than being solid and well built as described, this stapler was flimsy with many wobbly plastic components. It jammed with the very first use and would not release the jammed staple. As our department uses multi-sheet staplers often, the quality and ease of use were huge factors in determining whether to stay with this item. [...]

I have to order 2 new ones a month. Please some one design one that will work. HELP! The red guide does nothing at all. The last one would not dispense the staples with out manually pulling them forward. Lastly it jams all the time.
