We use this product to mail out important documents. We used to use the 10X13 lick yourself envelopes, but for the mass amounts that we send out, we found that the quality of sealing and ease of sealing was better with the pull-and-seal.

We use these as an outside, mailing envelope for contents which include a CD in a jewel case and then in a bubble mailer, about 12 sheets of paper w/ information and a smaller 9 x 12 return envelope. Never had a problem sealing them until this recent batch. The seal stickiness (stickyness?) is just not there. I have to use double-sided sticky tape and it is an extra step and a hassle. Before we realized that there was a problem, we got some back from the P.O. with the contents gone because they fell out. This cost us [$]postage plus the cost of the included materials. Bummer. We will probably still buy because they fit our needs as far as size is concerned but this was a bad batch for sure. Should probably return them to the store.

I don't agree these come open, at least they haven't in my usage (but I don't overstuff, having multiple sizes). They work fine in my appellate lawyer practice.

HAD TO RETURN 2 BOXS THE QUICK SEAL WOULD NOT STAY SEALED. NEED TO WORK ON MORE STICKY STUFF.

You definitely need to improve this product -- we spend a lot of money to send sales aides to our customers -- in many cases the envelops came open in route and the contents were lost. We have resulted to using scotch tape to keep envelops sealed.
