I ues the product to file contract and invoicing files. The color variety allows me to color-code my files so that I can identify the type of information located in the file (contracts .vs invoicing). The number of tabs allows me to keep all information associated with a specific project in one folder.

We use these for our business to organize our project folders but have found recently that we use them at home just as much, if not more.

They are great for organizing school information for the kids...phone lists, class requirements, and other school forms. We also use one for each family member's medical information. We organize tabs for basic doctor visits, major procedures, insurance receipts/claims, lab reports, and prescriptions. ~So easy to grab and have everything in one folder at your fingertips, especially in a crisis.

We use these things for our employee files. I only need one partition, but Staples doesn't sell these classification folders in bulk with one partition. It is much cheaper to buy these in a 20 pack than in the 5 packs that are [$].
