I bought this thinking it was the "next step up" from my last shredder of very similar size. It was a lot heavier and felt more sturdy. But it just seems to stop a lot. Without jamming lots of papers or anything out of the oridinary into it, the blue ON light turns red and it won't start, unless I clean out the blades, which aren't even that filled up!! Additionally it is not clear where one should insert CDs or credit cards to be shredded - there is no special slot (as i had in my last shredder) and inserting into the center where paper would normally go does not work.

I like this shredder very much and is looking to buy same shredder with a bigger bin to avoid emptying it frequently because it is kind of heavy.

The jaws are heavy duty and shreds paper like "gobbling" it up.

Even though it is a good shreader, it lacks user friendly features. The bags get torn when you take them out since it has many pointy conections inside. The shreader is too heavy to lift every time you need to empty it. No roller costers that make it difficult to move. Overall, it was too expensive for the features it has.
