So hard to find large envelops with self seals for a good price. These fit both requirements. I haven't had a problem with them sticking to each other, but I'm sure if you were to leave them sitting for a long time or in a warmer humid environment that could be the case.

Very flimsy but it will serve its purpose, as the documents inside are being hand delivered. Wouldn't trust it holding up if mailed or sent UPS/FedEx

The Kraft envelopes are strong and inexpensive. What more is there to know? Buy them, especially now when shipping is free if you buy a certain amount, which in May 2010 was anything above $50.
I use them to send out Braille for the blind and the envelopes protect the dots from being squashed in the mail.

some envelopes stick together, which leaves things to stick to them in the mail, and some of the envelopes are not sealec on the bottom so we have to use tape
