This envelope is great for mailing oversized letters and larger mail, via First Class, to help save on shipping costs. The only downfall is that the envelope paper quality is inconsistent. I order a case of these every other week for our business and some weeks, you can tell the envelope is made from recycled paper. It doesn't seem to rip or tear and is very durable, it's just the quality of the paper is inconsistent. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Locking catch on the envelopes feel off 22 of 66 envelopes used. I thought the quality did not live up to the standards of Staple products. I still have 34 to use up, but will have to use heavy tape in place of the catch mechanism.

      We have been using these for years mainly for stuffing newsletters for distribution by couriers. We have had no complaints from our customers. We only use the clasps so we cannot testify about the quality of the gum on the flap and that is why we only gave it four stars. When we mail them, we seal them with tape.
