    Staples is a convenient location to buy computer parts quickly when the need arises. Cables are high quality with snagless connectors offered in a variety of convenient lengths and colors. However other retailors often charge less for this one item. If you are willing to make your own they can be made for less than half what Staples charges.

                  had a terrible experience there were only 2 customers in the store and i counted 5 employees standing around had to ask for help in the office furniture department to purchase a chair. a manager finally came over but acted like it was an inconvience and told me to wait until she got done doing what she was doing. i wanted a chair that was on sale and ended up having to reach up in the rafters and get it myself because she was to short to reach it. even though there was male a employee who was in electronic and much taller and stronger than i. i am disabled and 49 years old.

                      For this product and the other various ethernet cables you sell (CAT5, CAT5e, CAT6, Crossover, etc…), are these cables STP (Shielded Twisted Pair) or UTP (Unshielded Twisted Pair)? I'm just hoping that for the price I'm paying for these cables that they are STP or with good quality that a vendor like Staples would stand behind providing.
